the people who spike the candy do, thats who.
School teachers who are looking for good deals on candy.
I thought school teachers would be more likely to buy Halloween candy on November 1. That's when you REALLY get the good deals. Just like February 15 is a fantastic time to purchase Valentine's hearts.
People who are my uncle buy it in August.
