Unluckiest man alive faces Friday the 13th from jail

Have you guys heard about the Tennessee man who ended up in the hospital three days in a row? Yeah. Got out of jail Saturday, was hit by a car Sunday, robbed Monday, shot by police Tuesday.

From the AP:

Cornered on Tuesday night in a dusty lot behind his apartment, Hicks told officers investigating a convenience store robbery that he had a gun and threatened to shoot, according to a police report. When he began a countdown, officers shot him in the lower torso.

And now he's back in jail, facing attempted first-degree murder and aggravated robbery.
